Our Chef... Imane Drouet

An outdoors enthusiast, tennis lover and gastronomic foodie, our head-chef Drouet has been expressing her art and creativity in pastry-making for decades.

With multicultural influences, Drouet was born and raised in France. She made her debut in patisserie in Rouen France and spent a number of years refining her talents in creation and decoration.

Always inspired by the pleasure of sharing with loved ones, Drouet now continues her pursuit of excellence of her art and mastery of patisserie with Eclair.

Her creations reflect her passion and unique approach to patisserie, with an emphasis on authentic taste and seasonal flavours.
